Picnic FAQ

  • How long do the picnics last?

Our picnics last 2.5 hours. We do offer more time for an additional price.


  • What do your picnics include?

Each picnic includes, rugs, tables, pillows, decor, plates, chargers, silverware, cups, napkins and a personalized letter board.


  • Can you cater to any theme?

If we do not have your theme idea on hand, there could be additional fees included. 


  • How do I book a picnic with you?

Bookings can be done through email, or our social media accounts. After we confirm date and time availability, we will gather your information and send an invoice via email. We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking to secure your rental. 


  • Do you include all items from a regular picnic for over 20 guests? 

If your party is over 20 guests, some items could be substituted. An example would be the silverware, it may have to include a corresponding plasticware. 


  • Can I decide on the location or do you have specific ones we choose from?

We allow our clients to choose the location. Some locations do require an entry fee. The client is responsible for their own entry and the designer's entry. Designer’s entry will be added to the picnic total. Delivery fees may be added if you are outside of the Tulsa metro area. 


  • Can I leave my picnic at any time?

You are allowed to leave your picnic whenever you would like, but it is required that we have a 30 minute notice before you leave. You, as the client, are responsible for the picnic property until your scheduled picnic end time or until we arrive. 


  • What if I need to cancel my picnic?

Picnics can be canceled as long as it is 72 hours before the event. A reschedule option is available within 3 months and must be used within that time frame. If you cancel completely or do not use within the 3 month timeframe, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. 


  • What if there is inclement weather?

Your safety is our top priority and we understand that the Oklahoma weather is unpredictable. If the weather forecast is showing a less than ideal forecast for a picnic, we will contact you to see if you would like to move it inside or reschedule for another date. If rescheduled it must be within a 3 month time frame.

Backdrops & Other Rentals FAQ

  • How long are backdrop rentals?

Our backdrops and champagne wall are up to 12 hours.


  • How long are chair rentals?

Our chair rentals are up to 4 hours. However, if a chair is booked with a backdrop, it is a 12 hour rental. 


  • Is there a delivery fee?

We do not charge a delivery fee for the Tulsa Metro area. If your event is outside of the Tulsa area, we can discuss a delivery fee. 


  • How do I book?

  • Do you set up the backdrops?

We deliver, set up, and pick up all rentals so you can just enjoy your event. 


  • Can I put my own sign on the backdrops?

We allow light-weight signs to be put on the boxwood. We do not allow signs to be put on our arch backdrops or champagne wall.
